Messages you exchange with us, including text messages sent to and from (706) 455-3648. Your text-messaging consent, collected via the consent checkbox on our customer tickets and order forms, or when you text us first.

How we use it

We use your information to fulfill your orders, schedule and confirm deliveries, send invoices and receipts, respond to your questions, provide customer service, and operate our text messaging program as described in our Text Messaging Terms at countryboystone.com/sms-terms. Text messages from us relate to your business with us. Message frequency varies with your orders and activity, and message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan.

Sharing - mobile numbers

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding service providers acting solely on our behalf to operate the messaging service itself (for example, our messaging platform provider), who may use it only to deliver our messages to you.

We share other information only with service providers who help us run our business (payment processing, delivery, messaging infrastructure), and only for those purposes - never selling it, and never sharing it for anyone else’s marketing.

Opting out of text messages

Reply STOP to any text from us to cancel; you will receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP, call (706) 455-3648, or email sales@countryboystone.com for assistance. Opting out of texting does not affect your ability to do business with us.

Retention and security
